Seeing as I am using the default template, it makes sense that I’m bound to run across websites that look like this one.
And I did, notice any similarities between our little weight loss weblog and this one?

So last night, proud of my attempts to lose some excess poundage, I pranced around naked in Nicoles apartment to show off my chizeled physique to her neighbors. Given the fact that I had eaten very little the previous day due to my extreme hangover, I assumed I would be down a bit.
Proudly, I stepped up to the scale in my birthday suit and anticipated the final count. It stopped at 214.
That hurt, I guess the excessive drinking diet turns out to be a farce.

So I found myself looking at pictures of big juicy burgers today. I want to eat like fifty of these bad boys, with a side of gravy. That could also be a new diet fad: Eat whatever you want and don’t die a horrible chubby death!

So monday night I went out with Jen Lane to talk BarFly biz, and proceeded to drink myself into a stupor, meaning yesterday, I ate very little, slept much, and excercised none. I wonder if there is a hip new “binge drinker” diet that is sweeping the nation.
If so, I’m going to make motivational videos. It will rock.

Is supposedly away that keeps the fat away. 10k steps is approximately 5 miles. Now this includes un-counted steps, such as cleaning the house, doing laundry, going to the store. All of the little steps add up.
I’ve heard that a there is a device called a “pedometer” that you can clip to your belt, or put in your pocket that will count your steps, and give you glorious info such as “calories burned”.
In the meantime, I’ve taken it upon myself to park my car as far away as possible when I visit the grocery store, and to walk up and down each aisle (once up, once down, literally) to increase my step count. Besides, I might catch a tasty morsel that I had missed the first time down.
Am I walking, or rocking?
