Betsy, do you know the correct percentage for weight loss?

The generally accepted percentages are 40/30/30: 40%Protein, 30%carbs and 30% fats. What weight calculator are you using? Did you get something off of a website? There’s tons of great weight loss websites and some of them contradict the others so it’s really about finding what works for you.
