Walking 3 Miles Per Day

Since I’ve moved in with Nicole, I have been eating regularly (and more healthy). Additionally, I have rented an office that is about 1/2 mile away. I walk there everyday, then back home for lunch. This means that I hit about 2 miles between 8am-6pm, then do a final mile later at night to run errands. I feel the difference already, I’m consistently losing about 1-2 pounds per week, and I’m back down a belt loop.

I have not changed to many other habits, other than eating more regularly than I used to. I have been trying not to gorge myself, but only eat until I am no longer hungry. This seems to have taken effect. If I could knock out the booze, I’d be a champion. 30 lbs to go!
