Losing it the Unhealthy Way

The past few weeks I have been severely swamped. I’ve had far to much work, far too little sleep, and my eyes are starting to cross from staring at the damn computer screen. In addition to work, by entire house is torn apart, the kitchen is being redone, so I have no where to cook, store food, etc.

I noticed that somehow stress and deadlines has this negative effect: it curbs my appetite, or at least I don’t think about trivial things like eating right when I am working. The end result is losing another belt loop, but it’s not exactly healthy.
