working out for one hour 4 days a week

yep. thats right. My goal is to work out at least 4 days a week. Last week I only worked out 2 days but the week before I worked out 4 days. I have been doing 30 minutes elliptical machine, and 30 minutes fast walk at a 3 incline. My goal is to burn around 500 calories a session, or at least keep my heart rate up for at least 30 mintues. I hate working out. It still sucks.

    Word up Finn! Working out does suck majorly. I have been continuing to work out with my trainer 2 days a week with one day of weight training on my own, (which I haven’t been consistent about) and then 3-4 days a week of cardio for about an hour or until I burn about 500 calories (also, not consistent). I was really proud of myself last week because I worked out so hard with my trainer I actually threw up! He was proud of me too.

    Also, do NOT play gin rummy with that girl - she DOMINATES!
