Nicki Finn’s First Day

well today I did fairly well. I am counting my calories like a motha fucka. My goal is under 1800, but definetely under 1300 is my ideal. I have been eating lots of veggies and Lean Cuisine rocks. I have this everyday for Lunch. For breakfast I have Oat Bran, or coffee.
That thing about the celery rocks, Kyle. I am going to eat some. And like it.

    That just doesn’t seem healthy though, to take your caloric intake that low. That’ll really screw with your metabolism.

    I agree with Kyle-you don’t want to go too low with your calories or your body could freak out and actually start storing fat b/c it thinks you are starving. I think you are fine with shooting for 1800 calories a day-you could probably even go a little bit higher on days where you do cardio.

    okay people. After monitoring my caloric intake the last week, it is imossible for me to maintain 1300. I don’t do cardio, so between 1500-1800 is my range. Walking just doesn’t get my heartrate up enough to intake more calories.
