Eating Decently Today

October 20th, 2005 by Kyle at 3:12 pm

Thus far I have eaten one banana, a bowl of oatmal, an apple, a bowl of soup, and a tuna (in water) sandwich without mayo.

Makes me feel mighty proud. How one percieves their body is fairly interesting. I consider myself overweight, but not fat. I’m unhappy with it because I feel soft and inactive. But when it comes down to it, I’m sure I look a skinny hipster kid to a truly obese person. Weight alone isn’t the factor, I just want to feel healthy. I’m sure I could weigh exactly as much as I do now except the weight comes from rippling, shaven, veiny muscle mass and tone, instead of four years of beer with biscuits and gravy.

I’ve never been superbuff or anything either. I used to keep fit by doing two things: Working manual labor, and skateboarding. That was all I needed. Now that my bones are brittle, and I work on a computer, I don’t do enough of either and have suffered the consequences.

I found that Kirstie Alley’s Thirsty Valley Fat Actress Blog on Jenny Craig is mildly entertaining for exactly 2 seconds.
