					<description>If you're consistent with your diet and exercise, the water weight effect should even itself out.  A significant weight loss in the first week of diet and exercise isn't unusual as it is mostly water weight that you are losing.  Also, when we weigh in on the 23rd, we should weigh in at the same time of day that we did our initial weigh in which should prevent any inaccurate weight loss reading skewed by too mcuh beverage.</description>
